*I should be the one grateful to you for all the wonderful internal & external healing.

Internally I’ve felt a wave of warm energy from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet.

At first I wasn’t open to receiving the energy that was vibrating off of you but I eventually focused on my breathing and learned to release all that was not needed in mind.

My mind slowly but surely began to open up to all that I was receiving from you.

So once my mind and body relaxed and released everything that it did not need, I began to listen, very carefully always breathing.

I listened to my inner voice that is almost always silent because of all that is constantly going on around me with friends, at work, home,

This is what I heard… you are love, created from love, to love freely.

I began to notice a change externally. I would smile and laugh more. Especially to the things that were difficult for me to comprehend also things I could not change and had to accept for what they were.
